That’s why I think it is better to spend more time in pre-production to ensure that the plan is sound and that considerations such as budget and talent, and the staff are more than enough to pass production at the “next level” without fault.

Ultimately, it is more economical to do things right the first time. I am equally comfortable to be the leader or being part of a team, I check my ego at the door when I have to play. In addition, I maintain a comfortable but professional relationship with the client, the team and the cast of each production in order to promote an atmosphere of excitement, pleasure and creativity.
